Purolator International, a provider of logistics services between the U.S. and Canada, has opened a facility in Minneapolis, Minn. Part of the company's plans for U.S. and international expansion, the new branch offers a comprehensive set of cross-border logistics services for shipments traveling between the central region of the U.S. and Canada. A subsidiary of Canada-based Purolator, Inc., Purolator International re-entered the U.S. market in 2001. John Wilson, a board member of the Midwest Global Trade Associations, has been named branch manager in Minneapolis. The latest addition is the company's fourth branch opening in 2011 to date, following those in San Francisco, Boston and Salt Lake City. Purolator International specializes in the air and surface forwarding of express, freight and parcel shipments; customs brokerage, and fulfillment and delivery services to, from and within Canada.
