Infor has introduced Infor Workspace, a common user interface to aid companies in collaborating and utilizing multiple business applications. The role-based tool allows users to apply real-time decision-making to key business functions, the vendor said. Infor Workspace features single-sign on with a common look and feel. It offers the ability to navigate across various applications, deployed both on-premise and in the cloud. Users can import outside information, including key performance indicators, dynamic alerts and other tools for achieving visibility into the location of goods, inventories, assets and supply-chain networks. Automatic alert management lets companies monitor the status of tasks against promised completion dates and service-level agreements. The technology converts for currency and time, Infor noted. Workspace is currently available for Infor ERP LN, ERP SyteLine, EAM, FMS SunSystems and Expense Management. It will be rolled out as the standard interface for additional browser-based applications over time, the company said.
