Warehouse Audits

Warehouse audits provide a comprehensive look at the entire supply chain loop. The audit depicts the source and root cause of damage by product, customer and region. Every handling touch point is examined for potential savings. The final report documents the number of touches and exactly where damages occurred.

Transportation Audits

Diagnosing the root cause product damage that occurs during transportation can be difficult. GENCO ATC's Damage Research division has experience in the science of damage analysis during the transportation of product. We go to great lengths to discover how damage occurs. In the past we have even mounted a camera inside of a trailer to find the find the root cause.
