Take This 2011 Transportation Procurement Survey

The Retail Industry Leaders Association and American Shipper are partnering to benchmark how shippers, carriers and intermediaries address transportation procurement issues.

This study focuses exclusively on the transportation procurement function from RFQ through award of contracts. This includes the processes, practices, platforms and technologies that facilitate procurement. This particular study includes all modes of both domestic and international transportation.

All responses are kept confidential and the data will be displayed in aggregate form only. Respondents who complete the survey will be provided with a free copy of the results and one respondent drawn at random will receive a $100 American Express gift card.
