The new tool provides customers with real-time access to orders placed and processed through TMI's preferred freight carrier, C.H. Robinson. Orders can now be tracked through computers, smartphones and tablets. Customers can log onto www.TMI-PVC.com and click on the site's order-tracking icon. Once prompted, they enter their order number to connect to a site that contains pertinent information such as order-process and shipment dates, as well as expected delivery dates. TMI's product line includes strip doors; PVC-based strip, film, panel and sheet products; PVC-coated and laminated fabrics; air curtains; insect screens; swinging impact doors; curtains; modular enclosures and dock accessories.
