Pilot Freight Services Reports Strong Revenue Growth in First Quarter

Lima, Pa.-May 9, 2011-Pilot Freight Services, a worldwide provider of transportation and logistics services, today announced its fifth consecutive quarter of strong revenue growth. The company reported revenue of $114.7 million for the quarter ending March 30, 2011, a 34 percent increase over the same period in 2010. The company shipped more than 146.4 million pounds of freight, a 16 percent year-over-year increase. This continued momentum for Pilot extends its record-setting performance of 2010 and indicates that another record year is at hand in 2011.
