Solution: Using DemandCaster®, we integrated their customer's on line stock status and demand plans with our client's ERP-system data. That connection allowed our client to calibrate their replenishment based on their customer's point of use stock and shared forecast data.

Results: Within four months, our client dramatically improved performance across a number of key metrics, including reducing stock-outs to 3% of SKU's and WIP by more than 50%.
