LeSaint Logistics Takes Over Chemical Logistics Inc., Expands Chemical Supply Chain Offerings

With the takeover, LeSaint is expected to expand its reach into markets in Dallas, Texas, and Portland, Ore., two areas where Chemical Logistics has been particularly active, says Jeff Pennington, LeSaint president.

Steve Senior, president and co-owner of Chemical Logistics says, "We are very excited about the acquisition. Our customers will obtain the immediate benefit of LeSaint's expanded geography, extensive technology and overall extended service offering, while our employees will have the opportunity to expand with a much larger organization."

The two new facilities will operate under the name of LeSaint Chemical Logistics and will be an integral part of LeSaint's supply chain offerings.
