JDA Releases Multichannel, Cloud-Based Training Program

The cloud-based video program is available from JDA Education Services and can be accessed via PC, tablet or mobile device. It features a series of three- to 10-minute training videos on a variety of topics, as well as a "favorites" folder, "suggest a minute" option, video ratings and searchable content. JDA Minutes currently offers channels for the vendor's Advanced Store Replenishment, Advanced Warehouse Replenishment, Fulfill, Demand, and Space & Category Management applications. Additional channels will be added in the future, the company said.
