Intelligrated Acquires Voice-System Provider Datria

Datria will become part of Intelligrated's software subsidiary, Knighted. Datria specializes in cloud-based voice technology for distribution and logistics, retail store operations, mobile field-service management and manufacturing processes. Intelligrated said it will immediately begin to integrate Datria technology into the Knighted software platform. The company has operations in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Brazil. It manufactures and installs conveyor and sortation systems, palletizers, robotics, order-fulfillment systems, warehouse-control software (WCS) and labor-management software (LMS). Knighted's applications include warehouse-management systems (WMS), WCS and LMS.
