Version 5.5 features components that are designed for process management to redistribute tank inflow and outflow in the event of overlapping batches. The update includes an enhanced user experience, with magnetic batches and inventory simulation to enhance planning. In addition, manufacturers can automatically schedule cleaning-in-place (CIP) processes using specific quantity or time-based rules. Another feature provides a workbench for managing production activities considered too small for Gantt chart interaction. Manufacturers can now calculate non-productive time and costs based on production attributes. They can also optimize scheduling decisions such as resource allocation and sequencing on both cost and duration.
