HighJump Software Acquires B2B Integrator Evenex

According to HighJump, Denmark-based Evenex has more than 3,000 customers who exchange more than 375 million documents each year. The acquisition extends HighJump's electronic data interchange (EDI) capabilities into the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. The Evenex products complement HighJump's supply-chain application suite, which includes systems for warehouse management, transportation management, route accounting, manufacturing execution, mobile sales and EDI. HighJump serves companies in the distribution, food and beverage, third-party logistics, retail, healthcare and consumer-goods industries.
