Basware is an independent provider of electronic invoicing and purchase-to-pay (P2P) offerings. Its P2P tools, along with the Basware Commerce Network, focus on the automation of procurement and accounts-payable processes, as well as the maximization of spend under management. BravoSolution supports supply management and spend analysis. Its offerings cover spend analysis, e-sourcing, contract management and vendor management. According to the partners, the combination of technologies and process expertise will help customers to plug the "savings gap," caused by non-compliance with negotiated supplier contracts in corporate purchasing.
