Tenth in the council’s series of texts, the book compiles hundreds of the most recent questions submitted to its “Q&A” forum and published in the TransDigest. The authors are attorneys George Carl Pezold and Raymond A. Selvaggio. Their answers range from basic advice to detailed explanations of legal principles. The book is available from the council in soft cover or on searchable CD.
