Opus Global Acquires Global Third Party Hiperos, LLC

Hiperos provides applications delivered under a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model related to information management, risk, compliance and organizational performance. Its flagship product, Hiperos 3PM, was designed to minimize the risk of using third parties while maximizing their value. Opus Global is a $500m partnership created in Sept. 2013 by GTCR, a private equity firm, and Doug Bergeron, former chief executive officer of VeriFone. The Hiperos acquisition represents the first step in Opus Global’s effort to build a risk and compliance platform, the company said.
