Total purchase price of the deal was $35m, plus an earn-out capped at $5m. Stagecoach provides regional, intermodal and over-the-road truckload services throughout the southwestern U.S. and Mexico. It also provides warehousing and transloading services to customers via a network of facilities in south-central and west Texas. Stagecoach generated revenues of approximately $34m during the 12 months ending June 30, 2015. Roadrunner's services include truckload logistics, customized and expedited less-than-truckload, transportation management, intermodal service, freight consolidation, inventory management, on-demand and expedited services, international freight forwarding and customs brokerage.
