Exostar Launches New Service for Cybersecurity Risk Assessment
The tool's Cybersecurity module includes a comprehensive questionnaire and evaluation engine. Suppliers complete the questionnaire and are assigned a Security Maturity Level that measures their current capabilities. Buyers get visibility into the supplier’s cybersecurity strengths and weaknesses, while suppliers have a road map for improvement that is recognized and accepted by multiple buyers. Exostar’s Managed Access Gateway (MAG) controls access to PIM, which incorporates a “collect once, share multiple times” methodology for supplier engagement, Exostar said. The supplier questionnaire can be sent to any buying organization that is part of the Exostar A&D community. Industries served by Exostar include aerospace and defense, life sciences and healthcare.
