Established in 2006, CAT-WWL South Africa provides finished-vehicle services, storage management and technical tools. Kai Kraass, chief operating officer of WWL, called the acquisition "strategically important," and said the company will continue to expand its land-based operations in support of vehicle manufacturers in the South African market and around the world. In 2015, WWL serviced more than 6.3 million cars and heavy machinery at its 62 vehicle and equipment-processing facilities worldwide.
