PLS Logistics Services Opens Branch in Charlotte

It is the company's 12th office nationwide, and was created to meet the needs of its expanding client base. The office opened with an initial staff of 20 employees, and expects to hire 200 additional employees over the next several years. PLS handles loads across all major freight modes, including flatbed, van, less-than-trailerload, rail, barge, air and ocean. Its carrier network consists of more than 20,000 trucking companies, as well as Class 1 railroads and major barge companies.
