Principia Launches Analytical Tool for Building Materials Industry
Designed to complement the company's other BuilderSeries products, the new tool provides a detailed view of industry supply for major residential building product categories.
It gives users access to manufacturer sales and market share, both in shipments and dollar sales, while mapping product flow throughout the distribution channel. SupplyBuilder also includes a filterable online database of manufacturers, distributors and dealers by location. Subscribers can modify geographical coverage maps of distribution networks down to company name for lumberyards, specialty one-step distributors, big-box retailers and hardware stores. SupplyBuilder is available for purchase with nearly 20 individual product categories, covering both interior and exterior items.
