Hermes Expands Retail E-Commerce Tools to U.S. Market
Hermes's Border Guru is now available to both European and North American retailers. It allows retailers and brand manufacturers to draw on Hermes's e-commerce services in a tailored fashion. The product offer a broad range of e-commerce applications, including the management of information technology and online store software, and warehousing and fulfillment return capabilities. Integrated directly into the client's web shop, BorderGuru software provides shoppers with a listing of all costs, including potential customs duties and fees. In addition, retailers have access to a global parcel tracking system, allowing them to follow their shipments around the world. The Hermes service portfolio includes integration with global retailing platforms, such as through the Hermes subsidiary Zira, and the Chinese sales platform JD.com.
