Challenge: An online fashion retailer required flexibility to manage a growing and ever-changing SKU base with no margin for delay.

Solution: Omnichannel logistics provider Whiplash designed a complex distribution operation with more than 150,000 square feet of dynamic pick locations at its Chino, California-based campus. To streamline the extensive network, Whiplash integrated 150 robots by Locus Robotics Corp. into its fulfillment process.
