The founder and chief executive officer of Logenix International helped to get supplies into Sierra Leone during the Ebola crisis, set up a healthcare infrastructure in South Sudan during the country’s civil war, and shipped more than 12 billion doses of HIV medicine into Yemen. From that experience, he has derived a number of lessons that can help supply chains operate smoothly all over the world — especially in the disruptive environment caused by COVID-19 and the ensuring recession and congestion in key freight facilities and corridors.
