ONE Launches Beta Version of AI Assistant NEO

February 21, 2024

The supply chain software provider One Network Enterprises (ONE) announced February 21 the beta launch of its new AI tool NEO Assistant. ONE said in a statement that its NEO Assistant is the world’s first artificial intelligence supply chain assistant.

ONE said that the tool will be able to make real-time suggestions to users as problems occur in their supply chains. ONE added that the NEO Assistant will be able to guide companies through complex decision-making processes. Also, NEO Assistant comes equipped with optional voice-driven connections, allowing for hands-free usage.

"A supply chain assistant with the reasoning of a large language model combined with adaptive flows, prescriptions, and visualization represents a truly new paradigm for decision-making," said Ranjit Notani, the CTO of ONE. "It provides a radically new user experience. In some ways, it is the most natural interface for adaptive decision-making. However, it goes beyond this to guide the user in solving complex multi-step problems in dynamically changing real-time environments."
