Prophesy Issues New Version of Dispatch TMS Software

Prophesy Transportation Solutions, Inc. has released version 6.2 of Prophesy Dispatch, the vendor's transportation management system (TMS) software. The update includes a number of enhancements and new features, including integration with Microsoft Bing Maps, enhanced integration with QuickBooks Accounting software, and updates to the company's North American commercial mileage database. Other additions include a new Microsoft Dynamics GP accounting interface, the ability to assign a specific mileage program to each customer for rating and billing purposes, integration with the SMC3 RateWareXL external rating system, retrieval of accounts receivable aging and credit data into Dispatch from Quickbooks accounting software, and improved PeopleNet and Qualcomm options for two-way mobile communications between dispatcher and driver.
