Aras Teams Up With DRC on PLM for Government Contracts

Aras Corp., a vendor of open-source product lifecycle management (PLM) software, has entered into a partnership with Dynamics Research Corp. to serve government agencies and their primary contractors. DRC offers consulting, engineering and technology expertise to government customers. It supports customers in the areas of information technology, logistics and readiness, systems integration and technical services, homeland security, health and human services, space and C4ISR (command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance). Together the companies will develop advanced PLM applications for the government sector, with an emphasis on configuration, change management, program management, Lean Six Sigma and other key business initiatives.
