Cadre Technologies Issues Update of Warehouse Management System

Cadre Technologies has developed a new version of its warehouse management system. According to the vendor, the release offers a number of improvements, including updated functionality of the Cadre Mobile Logistics (CML) interface. Improved voice-picking capabilities allow users to request specific SKU information, such as number and lot data within a location, during picking operations. Improvements in radio-frequency technology allow for faster label picking. Users can access information faster and more easily through the Cadence Data Interchange. The technology also includes improved third-party billing support for transportation management systems; expanded order support for moveable units through the order management system user interface or Cadence Data Interchange (CDI) automated interface; and the ability to add user-defined fields during SKU maintenance. Clients can quickly add new, sequential SKUS for each account manually or through automated integration with CDI, the vendor said.
