Magellan Transport Logistics, a provider of transportation, logistics and supply-chain management services, has been approved as an Indirect Air Carrier (IAC) by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). In recent months, Magellan said, it has seen increased demand for last-minute expedited services by air. The company serves a number of industries and companies throughout North America, via rail, truck, air and marine modes. Based in Jackson, Fla., it maintains additional offices in Raleigh, NC; Springfield, MO; Kansas City, KS and Walnut Creek, Calif.
