Bloom Energy Corporation has selected Baxter Planning Systems to provide a service parts planning solution in support of the company's Energy Server installed base.

"Bloom Energy Corporation is experiencing strong demand for our solid oxide fuel cell powered Energy Servers, and it's very important that we demonstrate our commitment to customer support," said Bill Thayer, executive vice president of sales and service. "The planning tools from Baxter will provide us with the capability to proactively position spare parts and strengthen our service parts supply chain to ensure our service and support capabilities scale efficiently with this demand."

Baxter's Prophet solution will be used to maintain optimized target stock levels at all stocking locations, including Bloom Energy technician vehicles, in support of their rapidly growing customer base. Additionally, Prophet will optimize supplier forecasts and order recommendations to ensure critical customer locations have service materials available when needed.
