Old Dominion Freight Line Inc. has launched a customized offering to aid companies in shipping booths and materials for trade shows and expos. The new OD Expo Services involves pickup and linehaul, with a partner handling the final-mile delivery to the destination convention center. The product is available through Old Dominion's nationwide network of 213 service centers. Old Dominion provides online tracking and tracing, monitoring of shipments around the clock, and a team to serve customers for all shipments. The new trade-show offering can be coupled with the carrier's expedited or security divided services. OD-Expedited provides daily deliveries, both guaranteed and time-specific, including air services. Security Divided Services offers guaranteed, locked-in security for special or uncrated freight, which is loaded into the nose of a trailer and locked into place from origin to destination. Old Dominion provides less-than-truckload (LTL) service, as well as assembly, distribution and container haulage, among six regions in the U.S.
