Peoplefluent, a vendor of technology and services for business talent management, has launched a mobile product line called Fluency on the Move. The offering, geared exclusively toward the Apple iPad, focuses on pertinent information for traveling executives, allowing for "real-world interactions," the company said. The initial offering of four mobile products includes Workforce Explorer, Manager Compensation Assistant, Manager Guidebook and Candidate Explorer. All offer graphical displays which create at-a-glance visual hierarchies of data for the mobile user. The Executive Explorer delivers a profile of people within the organization for executives and managers. The Manager Compensation Assistant visualizes compensation budget and planning processes, with a compensation "flip book" that highlights individual compensation history, investments and actions. The Manager Guidebook focuses on what users need to know about their human-resources responsibilities and roles within the organization. The Candidate Explorer provides hiring managers with a means of reviewing candidates on their requisitions, while giving recruiters feedback on their candidates.
