Matson Navigation Company has combined three of its logistics service units under a single brand. The services offered by Matson Integrated Logistics, Matson Global and Matson America have been brought together under the name Matson Logistics. The new identity represents the full range of services offered by Matson outside of ocean transportation, including domestic and international rail intermodal, long-haul and regional highway brokerage, supply-chain services, less-than-truckload transportation, specialized hauling and company-operated warehousing and distribution. As part of the initiative, the three entities have changed their legal names to better reflect the company's unified approach to providing logistics services. Matson Integrated Logistics, Inc. is now Matson Logistics, Inc.; Matson American Transportation Services, LLC is Matson Logistics Services, LLC, and Matson Global Distribution Services, Inc. is now Matson Logistics Warehousing, Inc. Matson is a wholly owned subsidiary of Honolulu, HI-based Alexander & Baldwin, Inc.
