Camelot 3PL Software, a specialist in warehouse-management system (WMS) software, has created a voice-integrated tool for wireless inventory management environments operated by third-party logistics providers. The technology includes built-in error redundancy with live feedback to workers. They are provided with the precise quantities and items to pick at the proper location. Voice integration allows for safer, hands-free operations; expedites order completion and boosts accuracy and efficiency through verification checks, the vendor said. Camelot provides 3PL companies with technology to support inventory management, electronic data interchange, wireless scanning and transportation management. The vendor's suite of software includes warehouse, transportation, accounting and customer relationship management.
