The effort is aimed at linking clinical, financial, operational and supply data across the healthcare supply chain. It consists of advisory services that help customers to identify steps toward performance improvement, based on a platform for sharing knowledge and data. A business intelligence offering identifies insights and trends at the system or facility level to uncover opportunities for improvements that affect cost, quality and reimbursement. It highlights side-by-side comparisons with peers across such key indicators as clinical quality, patient safety, value-based purchasing, patient experience, supply chain and workforce measures. VHA is providing links to leading practices from other hospitals that are specific to customers' core measures.
