TNT Express has integrated its Chinese day-definite domestic road network, operated by TNT Hoau, with its international Asia Road Network (ARN). In the process, TNT said, it has created the only scheduled pan-Asia, day-definite road network, covering China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. The new road network will provide customers in China and Southeast Asia with door-to-door import and export road freight services. According to TNT, the day-definite service in China is up to 50 percent cheaper than air freight, while requiring one to three more days for arrival. The ground service now consists of 492 road routes and covers 209 large and mid-sized cities. The Asia Road Service was created in 2005. TNT Express offers both international and domestic delivery services to, from and within China.
