Under the pact, Emirates will place its airline code and use space on TNT Airways' Boeing 777 freighter flights between New York's JFK International Airport and Liege, Belgium, and on the Hong Kong-Dubai-Liege route. The agreement allows each airline to optimize its operational capacity, while boosting weekly frequencies along the specified routes. Flight frequency on the Hong Kong-Dubai-Liege route will increase from four to six times a week. Frequency between JFK and Liege is five times weekly. Emirates offers a network of more than 120 destinations, served by a fleet of 164 wide-body passenger aircraft and eight freighters. TNT Express operates three B777 freighters.
