Offering both bonded and non-bonded warehousing, the location will act as a Benelux regional distribution center for Hanjin's import traffic arriving at Schiphol. Launched in 2001, Hanjin Logistics Europe is a subsidiary of South Korea's Hanjin Logistics. It opened its first European branch in 2008. The company also has an ocean-freight operation at the Port of Rotterdam. It provides a variety of international logistics and supply-chain services, including forwarding by air, sea, road and rail, by way of a network of owned and partner locations at 60 locations throughout Europe, Africa, Oceania, Asia and the U.S. Hanjin Logistics is one of 150 logistics service providers to have set up operations at Schiphol Airport, the third largest cargo airport in Europe.
