Solution: We worked together to develop a transition plan that would allow them to continue to provide on time deliveries to their customers, which include major box stores. At the same time transition their freight to one of our warehouses where we would take over and manage their transportation and distribution operations, this included removal of their racking and decommissioning of their facility.

Results: We provided them additional value added services at no additional cost which provided them 24/7 access to view the inventory levels, transactions, run customized reporting, and the ability to track their shipments online.
