Solution: Using our eWMS inventory management system, Pilot created a custom warehousing solution where all of the client's orders were pre-shipped to Pilot warehouse locations. Pilot tracked exactly what products arrived and informed the client when the order was complete. The client would then schedule the customer install and Pilot would complete the last mile delivery with time specific and inside delivery services.

Results: The program simplified the install process both for our client and their customers. Customer satisfaction scores improved immediately, while damages, multiple shipments, and product replacements were all reduced.
