The project tasks included: Breaking down the equipment for transportation; Transportation of the equipment; Installation and wiring of the carousels and controllers; Relocating the inventory in the carousels; Restarting and validating all of the associated software systems.

Results: ScottTech completed the project in 10 days, well short of the 14 day contractual requirement. All equipment and software was validated and the manufacturing operation was restarted successfully.
