The two carriers will provide weekly sailings from major Asian ports, as well as service from Asia to Red Sea ports via the transshipment hub in Singapore. They will deploy eight post-Panamax ships of around 6,000 twenty-foot equivalent units. APL will operate three of the vessels, while PIL will operate five. The port rotation will be Shanghai, Ningbo, Xiamen, Chiwan, Nansha, Singapore, Djibouti, Aden, Jeddah, Sukhna, Aqaba, Djibouti, Singapore, Nansha and Shanghai. The first vessel in the new service is due to depart Shanghai on June 21.
