The new Saturday sailing augments Crowley's current schedule, which includes a Friday sailing from Jacksonville, Fla. and a Tuesday sailing from Port Everglades. According to Crowley, the change will give customers an additional option for the transport of goods such as groceries, retail merchandise, building materials and refrigerated products, as well as vehicles from Port Everglades to Nassau. The Monday vessel arrival in Nassau aligns with the logistical needs of the local market, Crowley added. The carrier offers both full-containerload and less-then-containerload service to Nassau.
