The updates give users the ability to set up distinct preferences per each login. Version 2.0 was designed to provide greater control from the administrative level, and improve overall usability, the company said. Its earlier versions, SpeedShip 1.0 and SpeedFreight 1.0, will remain operational, but new customers of Worldwide Express will be introduced to the 2.0 technology. Current customers will adopt the new version over time. Worldwide said it already has another version in development. SpeedShip and SpeedFreight offers users the ability to search shipment histories, save packaging information and track packages and claims. Worldwide is one of the largest authorized resellers of express shipping for UPS, in addition to serving as a freight partner to more than 45 carriers.
