The two airlines linked their networks earlier this year. In addition to offering Southwest-to-AirTran connections, the carrier can also offer AirTran-only and AirTran-to-AirTran flights. Cargo customers in Atlanta will have access to 90 additional flights, including 22 new nonstop destinations. At the same time, Southwest has added four cargo destinations to its route map: Charlotte, N.C.; Rochester, N.Y.; Richmond, Va. and, beginning May 1, San Juan, Puerto Rico. The enhancements add hundreds of new flights and 68 new nonstop markets for cargo customers, Southwest said. Customers can track shipments on Southwest Airlines and AirTran Airways through swacargo.com or by using Southwest's GPS tracking device, Cargo Companion. Southwest Airlines Cargo said it will continue to offer more destinations as the integration of AirTran Airways continues, with completion expected in 2015.
