TNT has launched a new service portfolio, offering additional options for morning delivery of express shipments. The standardized international and domestic services include two new time-guaranteed offerings, 10:00 Express and 12:00 Economy Express. They are in addition to TNT's existing 9:00 and 12:00 Express services. The new 12:00 Economy Express, available within Europe, gives customers an option that is both economical and time-guaranteed, the company said. All of TNT's morning-delivery services draw on its integrated air and road network infrastructure. The new services were introduced after extensive research by TNT, involving 7,500 express shippers in key markets around the world. In addition to speed, weight and coverage capabilities, customers want convenience, reliability and control, TNT said. The new service portfolio is being launched globally and was to become operational on Sept. 17.
