According to experts, Qatar's logistics sector is expected to grow significantly in the next two to five years. The country's decision to develop more free market zones also is expected to further the development of the logistics sector. More than 32 major projects have been launched in Qatar, including Doha Airport city, Qatar Rail, as well as many projects focusing on roads enhancement and extension.
Raju Cherian, country manager of TNT Express in Qatar, said: "Qatar is considered one of the fastest-growing express markets in the world.
