The new site contains 72 doors, a 45-percent increase from the previous facility, and employs a staff of 50. According to Old Dominion, the center benefits from proximity to Interstates 90 and 97, in support of regional less-than-truckload demand. The Albany service center provides direct service throughout upstate New York, including Albany, Schenectady, Clifton Park, Saratoga Springs, Glens Falls, Gloversville and Johnstown. The company has operated in Albany since 1998. It has five service centers in the state of New York.
