The company is occupying a new warehouse at Parque Sur Industrial Park, one of the country's newest and largest logistics parks. The facility covers 4,400 square meters and has capacity for 7,000 pallet positions. It is located five minutes from Panama Tocumen International Airport. The multi-customer operation will manage the logistics needs of a number of global brands, Ceva said. It triples the number of dock doors available to the company's freight management operation, including air and ocean transportation, as well as trucking and domestic cross-docking activities. All dock doors have electric ramps, which can be adjusted to accommodate a truck's floor level. The facility also features a heavy-duty racking system. Ceva has two other operations in Panama, one at Tocumen airport cargo terminal and the other within the Colón Free Trade Zone.
