A monthly fee makes the company’s vehicle-maintenance network accessible to any private fleet owner. Customers receive pre-determined labor rates and part pricing on each service visit, improving the predictability of maintenance costs, Ryder said. In addition to maintenance, customers have access to round-the-clock roadside assistance, extended repair hours and available replacement vehicles.
