The expansion project was recently awarded a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold rating by the U.S. Green Building Council. The project complements DWC’s focus on encouraging sustainable developments in the UAE ahead of the Dubai World Expo 2020.
Phase II’s addition of around 14,000 square meters of space to the warehouse and mezzanine brings the logistics center’s total covered area to 31,000 square meters.
